I stayed at Casa Oxa for 4 nights in November '23. It is a very small hotel, but extremely charming. My room was a double queen and the room size and bathroom size was good. The beds were very comfortable. But the best part was the staff. They were so sweet and went out of their way to assist any of my requests. The breakfast "snack" was delicious.
Such a nice hotel in Queretaro. The pool is a huge plus, and the staff is very nice. Breakfast snacks got everything that you need to start the day. Definitely recommend!

Great location, extremely cozy and elegant, and the staff is attentive. I would 100% stay here again when I come back to Querétaro. Had everything I could possibly need within walking distance and it was so fun to walk around and enjoy the city.

Wow! So I came to stay at Casa Oxa Hotel after seeing their stellar reviews here on google maps. I can now confirm that the hype is totally accurate. This is an adorable hotel in the very cute & walkable downtown Querétaro area. They have thought of everything here! Really well designed & attractive rooms. Super friendly and helpful service from the front desk and cleaning team. Free bike rentals & free breakfast snacks. A really cute pool area with fast wifi. I can't find a single thing to complain about. This place is giving a true 5 star experience! Congrats to the management and the team!
Had a great four nights here Jan 2024. The staff were all super sweet (thank you Natalie, Estefi, Lou!) and the owner (Sylvia) was too! Great location and the facilities were nice. The beds were SUPER comfortable and had tons of pillows. On our last morning they set out a little breakfast for us and it was these small personal touches that made the stay so pleasant. If you’re looking for a quiet place with comfy beds and incredible staff i Highly recommend!
I love this property! It’s perfectly located in town. It is walkable to the most common sites and attractions. During one of my visits, I managed to become a little bit ill. The hotel staff was exceptional. They went to the pharmacy for me. Helped me to communicate with the doctor. Mexico has some of the finest and kindest people on the planet. I don’t have enough good things to say about this hotel. I can’t think of any criticism. I’m very grateful for their hospitality
